Registration

What are my login credentials?

Your login credentials are your registered mobile number and OTP. Once you enter your mobile number, you will receive the OTP that will allow you to register or login to NuCash.

Can I login with an email id as well?

For now, you can only login with your registered mobile number and OTP. We will be adding the feature of login using the email id later.

How can I change my mobile number?

We regret that we do not have a self-serve feature for this as of now. If you have lost access to the phone number that you registered with, please mail us on support@nucash.money and we will help you access your account. A change of mobile number is not possible but will incorporate the same soon, and we will keep you posted! If you have lost access to your phone number, please reach out to our support team (support@nucash.money) and we will help you out

Does the registered number need to be on WhatsApp?

It is recommended to register using your WhatsApp active number. We won't be sending OTP on WhatsApp, but having this will help you get information and notifications about activities and transactions conveniently. If that is not possible, then you can register with your any active number where you can receive an OTP.

What if I don't get an OTP within 60 seconds? How many times can I retry for an OTP?

In such an unwanted scenario, we would request you to first check network connectivity at your end. Try requesting for another OTP only after some time. You can request for “resend the OTP” 3 times. If it still does not work, we recommend you try again after 5-7 mins.

Why should I give you my email address?

For regulatory reasons, we have to send you your financial information via email and hence we need your email id.

How long does the registration process take?

There are only 4 steps for registration. So, it should not take more than 2 mins. It is a simple 4 step process. Just enter your Name, mobile number, verify with the OTP and enter email, we are done. Fast! Isn't?

Do I need to select and activity? Can I register in multiple activities?

These activities are designed to help you know more about financial and financial literacy. The fun-filled activities planned would help you discover a lot of things related to finance. So yes, you can participate in more than one activity at the same time. Select the game you want to participate and submit the request. That’s it, we are all set to play.

What are the Terms & Conditions of each activity?

Rules for each game will be shared on a separate email with you. All rights related to the games are reserved by NuCash Inc. In case of multiple winners' company reserves complete rights to choose the winners. One student will be able to submit one response only.

How will I know when the Fin-Athon activity will start?

A day prior to the activity, you will receive an email with all the necessary details related to the games (Activity time, Duration, Mode and Winning Awards and Rewards). You will get another reminder email from us 10 - 15 min before the activity begins.

How will I get my awards and rewards of the activity?

If you are eligible for any awards and / or rewards from us, it will be passed on to the college. This will be done within a week of the results been declared for all games in your college.

Why do you need my number, email, name for the waitlist?

We ask for your phone number for registration of activities while putting you on the waitlist. This number will help you directly to login using the same credentials when you download the app, you do not have to sign up again for the app. Name and Email ids collected to know you better, also ensures periodic and timely information sharing.

Where will I get my referral link and how do I share it with my friends?

You will get your referral link on the dashboard.
All you have to do is -
Login to the website (www.nucash.money)
Enter your registered mobile number
Verify with an OTP
Put in your first name
Enter your email id
On the Dashboard you will get your find your referral details and can easily share it with your friends and family members.

Is my personal data safe?

Your data is definitely safe as its encrypted with multiple levels of security to prevent any breach. The data is stored in India only, and meets all the regulatory compliance requirements. Your data is not be shared with anyone without explicit consent.
